Oenoferm® X-thiol is a non-GMO hybrid yeast of own selection it is responsible for producing intense fruit aromas. The positive characteristics of two different Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains were improved by protoplast fusion. This yeast is suitable for Sauvignon Blanc.
